			- Never ask anyone any reference. If someone voluntarily offers you a reference, you welcome it.
- Do not depend on anyone for reference. If you do so, you will be weak
- Believe in your skills and potential. We have enough openings for everyone
- You must be receiving at least 2 emails every day for the open positions
- Get your resume reviewed periodically by Resume experts at JALA Technologies
- Respond to every HR job opening emails personally
- Always change the subject of the email ( though it is mentioned not to change) by highlighting the key things that HR is looking for in a candidate
- You are not serious if your resume is not getting shortlisted
- Always have available interview timings in mind or documented based on the schedule and push the HR for those specific timings for an interview
- Take at least two days' time to attend an interview and do a little research on the company profile, you can always modify the resume based on the requirement
- Be clear on the notice period, if joining early, the reasons for you to join early
- Be clear on package expectations. Industry standard is Years of Experience+2 Lakhs. Ex: For 3 years' experience, 3+2=5 lakhs. Never settle anything less than the industry expectations. Your raise salary should be anywhere between 25% to 50% based on the company's financial position
- Be ready to share the documents details with HR such as PAN, PF Number and company email address
- Always be prepared to face the HR at any time. Engage the HR for at least two mins over the call and try to get as much as information before you attend the interview. Never hesitate to ask the questions
- Do not forget to get the JD from HR to your personal email address even the Job is not related to your profile and location is not of your interest. Every HR contact matters
- Create a LinkedIn Profile and have a minimum of 50 contacts
